This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.
Located in the nicest complex in New Smyrna Beach, this brightly decorated unit with all of the best features of home is just a few steps to the beach! Two sleeper sofas in living room gives extra sleeping for a total of up to 6 including the bedroom. The condo does not have a patio or balcony but it has a view from the living room window seating. There is a boardwalk right across the parking lot and on the other side by the pool there is a walkway to the beach. Everything you need for a great stay is here.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner s discretion.
