Meadowlark Cottage is accessed from Manasota Key Road by the shared private shell driveway of the Ibis Meadowlark Compound. The Ibis Meadowlark grounds include three structures Meadowlark Cottage and its garage on the left as you enter and Ibis Cottage sited on the dune. This Compound is located within the Manasota Beach Club Historic District and has access to the resort amenities of the adjacent Manasota Beach Club. The Ibis Meadowlark Compound is not owned, operated, or maintained by the Manasota Beach Club. The path and beach boardwalk on the north boundary of the property serves registered guests at the Ibis Meadowlark Compound as well as the bayside neighbors across the street. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Free high-speed WiFi is included. For any questions or assistance during your stay, please reach out directly to your Vaaraway agent. Exterior cameras are present facing the front door and the rear sides of the house for security purposes only. The minimum age to rent this property is 26.
