- For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
- Report any issues, damages and/or breakages to your host so we may remedy.
- We ask guests to refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances in the house - If there is evidence that a guest did smoke, vape, or use illegal substances, we will need to charge a fee of $300.00.
