There s also a dining table that seats 6, and additional seating at the breakfast counter for casual dining. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

Balcony: Large balcony with breathtaking views, a dining table with seating for 6 plus 2 counter height chairs to take in the beautiful PCB sunrises and sunsets.

Kitchen: The fully stocked, coastal-inspired kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. It features updated navy cabinets, a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and all necessary pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cups.

Entertainment Amenities: Each bedroom is equipped with a cable TV and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Free Wi-Fi. For additional relaxation, the resort offers 5 pools, including 2 indoor and heated seasonally, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, and a fitness center. Covered parking is available in a secured parking garage, with a fee of $40 plus tax paid directly to the resort (a link to register will be sent prior to arrival).
24-hour security is provided for peace of mind.
No smoking, pets, or events allowed.
Guests must be 25 years or older to rent and be present for the duration of the reservation.
A signed rental agreement is required to secure your reservation, and arrival instructions will be provided 7 days before check-in as long as the rental agreement is signed and reservation is paid in full.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Winter guests welcome for mid-term stays of November to the end of February.
