The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and bar seating for three, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze.

Step outside to the expansive back patio, where you’ll find plenty of shaded areas to relax and unwind. The built-in kitchen, complete with a grill, sink, and wall-mounted smart TV, allows for effortless outdoor dining for six under cover. The outdoor living area, also under cover, provides a cozy spot for evening relaxation. The pool area features a spillover spa and a large shelf with two water lounge chairs, all overlooking the picturesque golf course. An outdoor shower with a large shower head and a half bath by the pool door add convenience. 

Inside, the kids' room/lounge is a delightful half game room and half kids' room. One side includes a sofa, smart TV, foosball, air hockey, and a pub table, while the other side offers six twin beds (three bunks) and a tabletop Pac-Man multicade.

The down middle right king master suite features a wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, and a master bathroom with a shower and bench. The upstairs loft serves as an additional living area, equipped with two sofas, two chairs, a table with four chairs, a large bean bag chair, a bar with two seats, and two large wall-mounted smart TVs with a PS4 and two controllers.

The up middle girly bunk room accommodates three with a full-over-full bunk and a single bed, sharing a bathroom with a double vanity and shower with the up middle king room, which includes a wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan with light, and vanity closet.

For movie enthusiasts, the upstairs theater offers reclining seats for ten on three tiers, a projector, and a 100” screen. The adjacent hallway features a bar area with a fridge and sink, along with a full bath with a shower.

The up back left king master suite includes a ceiling fan with light, wall-mounted smart TV, and a master bathroom with a shower. This suite opens to an upstairs balcony overlooking the pool and golf course, furnished with an outdoor sofa.

The up back king master bedroom is generously sized, featuring a desk, additional chair, wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, and a private back patio with two chairs. The master bathroom includes a large tub, a large shower with a rain shower head, and a double vanity.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
• This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
