As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area adorned with a plush sectional sofa and a large smart TV with surround sound, perfect for cozy movie nights. The bar seating for five provides a casual spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails, while the dining area comfortably accommodates eight or more guests for shared meals.

The ground floor features two king bedrooms, each equipped with smart TVs and ceiling fans for added comfort. The front left king bedroom offers convenient access to a full bath, while the down back king master boasts an en-suite bathroom with a large tub and shower, as well as direct pool access for a refreshing dip.

Outside, the private pool area is fenced for safety and offers plenty of space for lounging and dining al fresco. An outdoor dining area for eight, along with additional seating and lounge chairs, invites relaxation under the Florida sun.

For entertainment, head to the game room, equipped with pool, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, and pop shot basketball, providing hours of fun for guests of all ages.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
