Children 5 years old and younger will NOT be required to purchase or wear an armband. Failure to not display an armband can result in removal from the property per Horizon South rules. Armband cost shall be $20.00 per person per 7 days not to exceed $40.00 in a continuous stay of 6 months. Upon arrival on property, a paying guest will report to the Horizon South Property Management Office to receive a parking placard at a rate of $25.00 per vehicle (maximum of 2) for a time not to exceed 10 days. Extended stay guest will pay $25.00 per 10 day period with a maximum of $50.00 per 6 month period. Parking placards shall identify the unit # and the expiration date. No rental golf carts allowed on the Horizon South property at all. You must pay by debit or credit card only, cash not accepted.
The office hours are 7 days a week, 8am to 5 pm central time. Guests arriving after 5pm will have to go to the office the next day between 8am-5pm to purchase a parking pass and wristbands. Guests have 24 hours to get those items, or they will be violated and towed after 48 hours.

The max occupancy number of guests is 7 for this home. We do consider any and all guests staying in the home as a guest regardless of age per the new Panama City Beach ordinance.
Main booking guest must be at least 21+ years of age to rent this property, ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. We do have age minimum requirements during the month of March for spring breakers as well as a deposit requirement to cover the costs of any damages that may occur. This will be refunded after the condo has been inspected and if NO damage has been found as well as making sure nothing is missing.
Spring Break Rules: For March 1st-31st, guests must be 25 years of age to rent condo. Photo ID is required and a $500 security deposit will be required. The security deposit will be requested once a booking has been made.
We require ALL guests to sign a rental agreement. This will secure your reservation. If a rental agreement has not been signed, you will not receive any arrival information. Once the rental agreement has been signed, you will receive your arrival information 7 days prior to arrival via a link that contains our guest book. The guestbook will have very important information about the home and recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.
The check-in time is 4pm central time on arrival day. The check out time is no later than 10am central time on check out day.
This home is a non-smoking property.
This property has a grill for your convenience. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out, we see this as being respectful of the next guests stay and time.
