The large living area has an open floor plan with a large-screen TV allowing easy entertainment for your family and friends. 

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with an island sink and counter, Keurig, fridge, built-in double oven, gas range stove top, bar seating for six, and more!

Relax, and let the worries, and stress melt away while you're sitting poolside soaking up the warm Florida sun. The outside furniture allows your entire party to dine alfresco and take advantage of the mild nights in the outdoor dining for 8, bar seating for 6, six lounge chairs, and a large covered daybed. The pool area also comes with a built-in kitchen (with sink, and fridge), grill, spillover spa, poolside basketball, connect four, outdoor fans, and amazing golf/sunset views!

The entertainment doesn't stop there, head to your theater room where you can watch your favorite movie after a long day at the parks. The theater comes with two rows of movie seating (8 seats), a bar in the back row with three stools, a large wall-mounted smart TV, a bar area with a fridge, microwave, and sink, a skee ball arcade, shuffleboard, and access to the large back balcony with sunset and golf views. The large balcony is partially covered and has two egg chairs, four lounge chairs, an outdoor sitting area, and outdoor fans perfect for having a glass of wine at the end of an exhausting day of Floridian entertainment.

This gorgeous home offers 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. You will find a large king master with two chairs and a coffee table, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted smart TV, and access to the patio. This master bedroom has a large tub and oversized shower (two heads), two vanitys and a large closet. On the second floor, you will find 2 king masters each with a wall-mounted smart TV, wall-controlled ceiling fan, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Next, there is a custom bunk bedroom with four twin-size beds (monorail and skyliner themed), a wall wall-mounted smart TV, a PS5 with two controllers, and shares a full bath with tub/shower combo. Lastly, there is another king master with a wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to the bathroom with a large tub, large shower, and double vanity. This bedroom also has access to a giant back balcony.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
