Imagine mornings spent savoring coffee on your patio, an early morning dip in the pool, or a bike ride down to the beach, our bottom-level retreat is designed for those seeking both tranquility and convenience. As you step outside, the expansive outdoor pool deck stretches before you, inviting you to start your day with a refreshing swim and the promise of a beach paradise just steps away. Equipped with 4 bikes and a beach wagon, this home contains all the elements needed to enjoy Johnson Beach National Seashore, only a 4-minute bike ride from the home (0.8 mi). Winding throughout the neighborhood and around the Seashore there are multiple trails available for biking and hiking, which are great areas to let your dog explore alongside you! Picture yourself relaxing in a beautifully appointed living room, adorned with coastal-inspired decor and flooded with natural light. Kayaking, picnicking, and swimming are all available at the Johnson’s Beach National Seashore. If you’d like to explore the greater Pensacola area just adventure North from the neighborhood! Some activities in the area include Snorkeling on the emerald-water reefs (only 500ft from the shore!), Fishing on the nearby Charter Boats, exploring the dog beaches, watching the Blue Angels air show, and walking and biking sandy beach trails!

Policies:
- Check-in is 3pm | Check-out is 10am.
- No Smoking in home or on balcony.
- Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies.
- One Dog welcome up to 40lbs, $250 non-refundable pet fee; pre-registration is required.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.
