• The check-in time is 4pm central time on arrival day. The check out time is no later than 10am central time on check out day.
• There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the front door.
• This home is a non-smoking property. We do not allow events either. No pets.
• A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full.
• Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. Person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking present during the entire stay.
• No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit. There is no overflow parking.
• No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
• Please inquire about monthly rentals in the off season of November to the end of February.
