Not to mention, the community BBQ grills provide the perfect spot to prepare hotdogs or a fresh catch of the day for dinner one night or every night during your stay.
Within walking distance, you ll have several restaurants and things to do, and a quick drive will take you to many more eateries, shops, and activities. You may also park at the Nothing Over a Dollar store as Fontainbleau Terrace has purchased this lot and using it for parking.
Fontainebleau owner s association nor the property management company will not accept any liability if your car is towed by the city.
Visitors of guests must park off-site. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times. Neither this property nor property management assumes any liability for damage or theft of vehicle or theft of personal property for vehicles parked on the premises.
Wristbands must be always worn while on the property and will be present in the condo for you. When you depart, be sure to take only your memories and not the wristbands!
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and sign a rental agreement to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 1 day prior to arrival.
No smoking allowed. No pets allowed except for legally protected service animals per the HOA rules and regulations.
We are also accepting long term/snowbird guests between the months of November to the end of February. Please inquire for snowbird rental rates.
