As soon as you enter the home, you are greeted with a modern and open living area, complemented with custom light fixtures, and custom walls. The living room offers guests leather sofas and additional chairs to sit back and enjoy watching the 55-inch smart TV with cable. A ceiling fan is sure to keep the breeze moving and guests comfortable all day long. The dining table offers seating for six guests and the kitchen bar offers additional seating for another four. The open kitchen with a gas range stove is perfect for hosting the family dinner or laying out snacks and treats for the family to grab while heading out to enjoy the pool. On the way out to the pool, guests will find a half bathroom conveniently located just inside the door, great for coming inside without tracking water.

Families will spend hours if not days, relaxing and enjoying their own private heated pool with a spillover spa. The outdoor space also offers a covered outdoor seating area with a sofa, chairs, and coffee table. Guests can also enjoy a meal outside at a modern table and chairs that seat six. A privacy curtain beside the covered living area allows guests to enjoy their outdoor time with a little extra privacy while adding to the ambiance of the outdoor breeze.

The downstairs back master bedroom offers a king bed, 50 inches smart TV with a sound bar, and a ceiling fan for additional comfort. As with all of the bedrooms in this house, each nightstand includes a USB charging port that allows guests to plug up to four items in at one time. This is perfect for those having to charge their iPhones, tablets, and Apple watches. This bedroom also has the convenience of a door leading out to the private patio area. The master bathroom offers a double vanity, large tub, and separate shower, as well as a large walk-in closet.

A full-size washer and dryer are located on the first floor of this property for guests to use.

At the top of the stairs, guests will find a space-themed twin bedroom with two twin beds. Guests will whine down to their favorite show on the wall-mounted smart TV.This room also has a master bathroom with a shower. 

Separated by a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other little ones will find themselves resting in the other twin bedroom with two twin beds, themed out to pay tribute to our favorite mouse! This bedroom also offers a wall-mounted, smart TV and ceiling fan.

The upstairs loft is perfect for getting the family together to watch a movie or your favorite sporting event. A large leather sectional sofa with recliners and cup holders provides the perfect comfort to watch the 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV with a sound bar. The loft also has a USB charging station for guests wanting to charge their devices while watching TV. 

On the other side of the loft, guests will find a queen master bedroom with a 50-inch wall, mounted smart TV, and sound bar as well as a ceiling fan for added comfort. The master bathroom has a shower. Adjacent to this room is the upstairs king master bedroom. This spacious bedroom offers guests additional seating, as well as a 50-inch wall-mounted smart TV with a sound bar. The master bathroom offers a double vanity, as well as a large shower and a separate closet.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35  13+ Guests $45.
