This coastal family home sleeps up to 12 guests. Situated on the west end of PCB, you are close to the beach, shopping, sports complexes, multiple restaurants more! 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 queen beds in 2 of the rooms, a king in the master bedroom and (2) twin over full bunk beds in the 4th bedroom. The bunk room has it s own bathroom, the master has it s own bathroom and the other two guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
This beach home is the ultimate home away from home while your on vacation at the beach! There is plenty of space in this large home to accommodate up to 12 people. This is a one story home making it easy to park and walk right in! No need to wait on elevators or fight to find a parking space. Perfect for larger families, groups of friends, or multiple families. Super close to the beach, Frank Brown Park for ball tournaments, a short drive to the new PCB Sports Complex, and Pier Park. There is also a large back covered patio overlooking the large fenced in yard to prepare meals or hang out after a long day at the beach! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials so you don t have to eat out every night. Bring some games or cards and sit around the dining room table creating memories you ll never forget!

Fun activities to check out while on vacation are: Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, the Sea Screamer, Zooworld, Coconut Grove Maze Mini Golf, Wonderworks, Ripley s Believe It or Not, Sky Wheel at Pier Park, and Dave Busters. For those a little more adventurous look into riding waver runners on the beach, renting a pontoon boat at Lagoon Pontoons, snorkel at the jetties at St. Andrews State Park, take a banana boat ride, or go deep sea fishing! Panama City Beach has something for everyone!

A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full. Should you book within 7 days of arrival or less, the rental agreement will need to be signed immediately so we can get you all of the appropriate arrival information.
Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, send ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. The person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking present during the entire stay. During the spring break season we DO NOT ALLOW guests under the age of 25 to book this home. If it is found that a parent has rented the home for guests under 25 without staying at the home for the duration of the reservation, guests will promptly be evicted without a refund. We are very serious about this rule.
