As you walk into this home you are greeted by an open-plan dining and kitchen area. This open-plan is perfect for allowing the entire family to cook, dine and hang out together. You will love preparing gourmet meals in this kitchen which has upgraded appliances, with a gas stove, and beautiful countertops. Right beside the kitchen is the dining area that comfortably seats 8 and has bar top seating for 4.
The home has a very private courtyard so you can relax as the family splashes the afternoon away in your own private pool. Lie out on one of your 6 sun loungers and catch some Florida sun, or have a fun-filled afternoon with the family playing the poolside games provided. Payment Terms - Outside of 45 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside of 45 days of arrival full payment is required.Cancellation Policy - Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
