Property Care – The ALL STAR Property Care Team will keep your home in the best possible condition from the inside out. This team responds to all guest maintenance requests, performs routine maintenance checks and preventative measures, and also maintains pool cleans and upkeep. They oversee any outsourced services, such as pest control, lawn service and warranty work.

Guest Services – Our repeat and referral business proves that our Guest Services Team is right on track. They respond quickly to any guest concern or inquiry if communicated while visiting, or after the guest has returned home from vacation. Our guest services survey receives a response rate of approximately 35% each month and consistently shows an “excellent” or “good” overall rating from more than 95% of responding guests.

We are committed to Owner Relations

Owner Relations – Owner Relations is your connection to ALL STAR. Our Owner Relations Team steps in to set up your home for short-term rental as soon as it closes, including obtaining state and county licenses. They calculate and pay sales tax, provide monthly income and expense statements to each owner, as well as updates on ALL STAR Vacation Homes’ management and marketing programs.

Quality Control – Perfection is the goal of the Quality Control Team. They’re here to make sure each guest is impressed with your home upon arrival.

The Quality Control Team oversees all house cleans and inspects each home prior to a guest’s arrival to ensure a positive experience. This team was created to provide a higher level of service to guests staying in our vacation homes. Additionally, they routinely inspect properties in order to communicate with owners any necessary updates or replacement equipment needed.

We Account for everything

Accounting – The Accounting Team keeps track of all income and expense statements and will prepare all tax payment and reporting. They work with each team leader to set and monitor budgets, prepare financial statements, and coordinate payment collection and final confirmation to our guests.

We produce Reservations

Reservations – Our friendly and knowledgeable Reservations Team sets the stage for an outstanding vacation experience for our guests. Team members answer all inbound phone calls, walk-in, email and live chat inquiries and complete reservations for guests. The Reservations Team tours properties in order to best “sell” each home. Our in-house team also works with guests to add rental cars, equipment, pool heat or other items to make their Orlando vacation complete.

We know Marketing

Marketing – The ALL STAR Marketing Team promotes each home through a multi-channel marketing program that includes Internet, Print, TV and Radio. Additionally, select writers and journalists are invited to stay with ALL STAR to get a first hand look at the vacation home experience. The Marketing Team oversees the Loyalty Program for repeat guests and the referral program for word-of-mouth marketing. This team also maintains important industry relationships with partners such as AAA, local CVBs, Visit Florida, the BBB, local, regional and national vacation rental associations, and others.
