2009 Boston Globe Travel Show Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Product purchase will not enhance chances of winning a prize.
1. Eligibility
The ALL STAR Vacation Home Management, Inc. (ASVH) 2009 Boston Globe Travel Show Sweepstakes Promotion is offered and open only to legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous states, and that are at least 25 years old at the time of entry. This offer is subject to all U.S. laws. The offer is void RI, AK, HI, Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees and directors of ALL STAR Vacation Homes, their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising & promotion agencies, and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these official rules and the decisions of ALL STAR Vacation Home Management, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.
2. How to Enter
To enter on the internet, go to: www.allstarvacationhomes.com/sweepstakes/, and fill out registration form, including full name, address, daytime phone number and email address. To enter by mail, send a postcard with your full name, address, and daytime phone number to: ALL STAR Vacation Homes, Attn. 2009 Boston Globe Travel Show Sweepstakes, 7822 W. Irlo Bronson Hwy., Kissimmee, FL 34747. All entries become the property of ASVH, and will not be returned. The receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. ASVH will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or any printing errors. Limit one per person per household. Mail in entries must be postmarked by February 27, 2009. Entries submitted in violation of the ASVH 2009 Boston Globe Travel Show Sweepstakes Entry Rules will be void, including multiple entries.
3. Promotional Period
Promotional period begins on February 20, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on February 27, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. (EST) (“Promotional Period”). Mail in entries must be postmarked by February 27, 2009. Winner will be selected on or after March 13, 2009. Reservation must be made for a stay within 12 months of drawing (reservation must be made for dates prior to March 31, 2010.)
4. Prizes
1 Grand Prize will be awarded, which will include:
- Seven night accommodations in an ALL STAR Vacation Home private pool home for up to six guests (must agree to rental terms & conditions).
Size and location of accommodation will vary based on size of party & availability.
Reservation may not be redeemed for holiday season dates.
Holiday Seasons include: Christmas, New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving or Independence Day - see website for holiday season dates.
All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited to, ground transportation from initial point of departure to airport, airfare, meals, tips, parking, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Once confirmed, trip dates can not be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond the control of ASVH. In the event that ASVH cannot find and/or contact an eligible winner, no prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. No substitutions will be allowed, and prize is non-transferable. No cash value or substitution will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value of prize: up to $2,400. Winner must agree to rental terms & conditions of ALL STAR Vacation Homes.
5. Additional Terms & Conditions
ALL STAR Vacation Homes:
- Valid credit card in renter’s name will be required at time of check-in for damage deposit.
By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that ASVH and/or their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and/or advertising and promotional agencies, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner’s agreement that ASVH may use and/or display the winner’s likeness, biographical information and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without further consideration where not prohibited by law.
7. Taxes
All taxes on prize (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
