1. Eligibility
The ALL STAR Vacation Home Management, Inc. (ASVH) 2010 Great ALL STAR Vacation Homes Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes Promotion and Daily Sweepstakes Promotion is offered and open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 states and District of Columbia, and that are at least 25 years old at the time of entry. This offer is subject to all U.S. laws and is void wherever prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees and directors of ALL STAR Vacation Homes, their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising & promotion agencies, and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these official rules and the decisions of ALL STAR Vacation Home Management, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.

2. How to Enter
To enter Daily Sweepstakes on the Internet, go to: www.Facebook.com/, "like" ALL STAR, and fill out the registration form, including your full name, address, daytime phone number and email address. It is not necessary to reenter each day's sweepstakes - entry will automatically carry over to next day's sweepstakes if not selected as winner through the duration of the "promotional period". To enter by mail for the 2010 Great ALL STAR Vacation Homes Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes, send a postcard with your full name, address, and daytime phone number to: ALL STAR Vacation Homes, Attn. 2010 Great ALL STAR Vacation Homes Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes, 7822 W. Irlo Bronson Hwy., Kissimmee, FL 34747. All entries become the property of ASVH, and will not be returned. The receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. ASVH will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or any printing errors. Limit one per person per household. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2010. Entries submitted in violation of the 2010 Great ALL STAR Vacation Homes Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes Entry Rules will be void, including multiple mailed entries. Additional entries may be submitted by referring friends through online referral at www.facebook.com/.

3. Promotional Period
Promotional period ("Promotional Period") for Daily Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2010, and ends on June 16, 2010 at 4:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Sweepstakes will repeat, each day after from 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) June 16, 2010 ending at 4:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on July 15, 2010.

Promotional period ("Promotional Period") for 2010 Great ALL STAR Vacation Homes Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes Promotion begins on June 15, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on July 15, 2010 at 4:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Mail-in entries will only be eligible for the 2010 Great ALL STAR Vacation Homes Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes and must be postmarked by July 15, 2010. Daily winners will be selected at random the day after the previous day's sweepstakes. Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner will be selected on or after July 23, 2010. Reservation must be made for a stay within 12 months of drawing (reservation must be made for dates prior to August 31, 2010.)

4. Prize - Daily Sweepstakes
1 One Prize per daily sweepstakes will include: Two (2) single day, single park entry passes to an Orlando, FL-based Walt Disney World theme park

All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited to, accommodations, ground transportation from initial point of departure to airport, airfare, meals, tips, parking, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the Daily Prize Sweepstakes Winner. Arrangement for tickets must be confirmed at least one week prior to desired entry date into park. Passes subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond the control of ASVH and partners. In the event that ASVH cannot find and/or contact an eligible winner, no prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. No substitutions will be allowed, and prize is non-transferable. No cash value or substitution will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value of daily sweepstakes prize: up to $160.

5. Prize - 2010 Great ALL STAR Vacation Homes Summer Giveaway 1 Grand Prize Sweepstakes will be awarded, which will include:

• Seven night accommodations in an ALL STAR Vacation Home private pool home for up to eight (8) guests (must agree to rental terms & conditions). Size and location of accommodation will vary based on size of party & availability.

Reservation may not be redeemed for holiday season dates.
Holiday Seasons include: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Thanksgiving or Independence Day - see website for holiday season dates.


• Airport limo pick up in Orlando, FL
• Rental car (must agree to rental terms & conditions and have valid driver's license)
• Eight (8) single day, single park passes to an Orlando, FL-based Walt Disney World or other local attraction theme park

All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited to, ground transportation from initial point of departure to airport, airfare, meals, tips, parking, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner. Once confirmed, trip dates can not be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond the control of ASVH. In the event that ASVH cannot find and/or contact an eligible winner, no prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. No substitutions will be allowed, and prize is non-transferable. No cash value or substitution will be awarded. Winner must agree to rental terms & conditions of ALL STAR Vacation Homes. Approximate Retail Value of The Great ALL STAR Vacation Homes Summer Giveaway prize: up to $4500.

6. Additional Terms & Conditions
ALL STAR Vacation Homes:

• Valid credit card in renter's name will be required at time of check-in for damage deposit.

By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that ASVH and/or their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and/or advertising and promotional agencies, will not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that ASVH may use and/or display the winner's likeness, biographical information and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without further consideration where not prohibited by law.

7. Taxes
All taxes on sweepstakes prizes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
