This stunning six bedroom estate home has 3,354 square feet of living space with all the upgrades you could ask for. The home features three master bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a game room and your own private swimming pool, spa and separate Sauna!
You and your guests will want to take advantage of all the amenities from a 54" widescreen projection TV in the living area and a Dell flat screen computer with complimentary high speed and wireless Internet access, a TV plus either a VCR or DVD player in every bedroom. The game room features a pool table, an air hockey table, a widescreen projection TV with surround sound and more! You`ll also find a beautiful screened-in swimming pool and spa right outside the back door!

Acadia Estates features a gated entrance, stately tree-lined streets, and luxurious vacation homes with private pools, spas, screened pool decks, multiple master suites, game rooms and/or home theatres, Internet access, and multiple homes located side-by-side that can be reserved together for larger groups. Frequently Asked Vacation Rental Questions
There is a grocery store, drug store, UPS Store, mini golf, Subway sandwich shop, Dairy Queen and numerous restaurants, including Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel, TGI Friday’s and Carrabba`s, less than 2 miles from the home. It is also less than 1 mile from the All Star offices for your convenience.
There is also a very unique feature to this home; it has been constructed to allow physically challenged individuals join their families on a vacation of a lifetime! This home includes the following features:
- All entryways in and out of the home are ramped and all room access doors at 3`0".
- Lower level master bedroom has a private master bath with a roll in shower, shower bench, grab bars, and hand held showerhead. Other amenities in the bathroom include an ADA toilet with grab bars and a wheelchair accessible vanity.
- All entry doors are 3’0” and all halls are 4’0” wide or greater.
- Pool area is accessible with powered pool lift. (Additional rental charge of $50 per stay).
- Indoor Stair lift is available (Additional rental charge of $50 per stay)
- Lower level of home has ceramic tile throughout.
- Game Room is accessible.
- Other medical equipment needs can be arranged for your visit such as Hoyer Lifts, wheelchairs, etc. at an additional charge.
