We are Established. ALL STAR Vacation Homes was founded in 1998. Our leadership team has more than 200 combined years of management and hospitality experience, and our entire team of more than 75 professionals is dedicated to serving our guests and home owners at the highest level.
We are Branded. The ALL STAR Vacation Homes name is well known in the industry and well trusted by our owners and guests. We have built an inventory of high quality vacation homes and a reputation for offering first class hospitality. In a recent internal study of internet searches, we discovered that the ALL STAR Vacation Homes name is searched more for Orlando accommodations than many nationally branded hotel chains.
We know Marketing. Our multi-channel marketing plan is implemented and managed by our highly experienced and motivated team of marketing professionals.
We produce Reservations. Our friendly and knowledgeable in-house Reservations Team sets the stage for an outstanding vacation experience for our guests. The team is well trained and very knowledgeable about every single property we represent. They are friendly, professional and extremely helpful when assisting guests with their vacation plans.
We are committed to Guests’ Service. ALL STAR has created a dedicated Guest Services Team that caters to answering guest inquiries, is on-call 24 hours a day, and anticipates guest needs by maintaining in-home directories and welcome information packets. Our service team rivals that of very upscale resorts. Their welcoming smiles preface their attention to any guest need during the stay. Should a guest require immediate attention while in-home, our Property Care, Guest Services, Quality Control and Information Technology teams are available to respond.
We are committed to Owner Relations – Our Owner Relations Team is dedicated to serving as your personal connection to ALL STAR. This team steps in to completely set up our homes for short-term rental upon closing, including obtaining state and county licenses. Additionally, they routinely inspect properties in order to communicate with owners any necessary upgrades or replacement equipment needed.
Each home owner in the ALL STAR program is also set up with a personalized online account, kept secure with a unique login and password. Through this system, you are able to access monthly statements, occupancy reports and request owner reservations.
We provide complete Property Care. Our team of property care technicians treats each property with the highest regard. They are proactive managers who constantly refine the services they provide.
We are dedicated to Quality Control. Perfection is the goal of the quality control team. They strive to make sure each guest is impressed upon arrival.
We Account for everything. Our accounting team makes sure the numbers add up. Your statements are precise and on time. They sweat the details for you.
ALL STAR Vacation Homes reserves the right to select homes for management that are in specific geographical areas, that are accompanied by an upfront marketing fee and that meet furnishing and amenity requirements. We are currently only accepting applications for consideration in the following communities: Formosa Gardens Estates, Acadia Estates, Windsor Palms Resort, Windsor Hills Resort, Vista Cay, and Reunion Resort.
