The duplex home is elevated on stilts, so the first level is dedicated to outdoor amenities. Enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining with a gas grill and a stylish seating area.
The property features 26 feet of deep water docking, complete with a fish cleaning table for preparing your fresh catch and a jet ski dock that can accommodate 2 jet skis. Enjoy ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation.
The fully fenced yard is perfect for your pets to enjoy paradise alongside you. Make the most of the 3 bikes provided to cycle to the beach, or embark on a water adventure with the 2 adult-sized kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for your use. For your safety, please bring your own personal flotation devices. In the evenings, relax and fish in the canal while taking in the breathtaking sunsets.
The yard can accommodate parking for 3 to 4 vehicles and a boat trailer.
2nd Level of the Duplex Home:
The interior of this home features charming coastal decor and ample space for families. The second level, the main living area, includes a spacious living room, a large kitchen ideal for preparing meals, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals indoors or on the deck. On this level, you ll find bedroom 2 with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV and with access to a full bathroom near the kitchen, and a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.
3rd Level of the Duplex Home:
On the third level, you will find 2 full bathrooms and 3 additional bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. The bedrooms include a King-size room (master suite), a Queen-size room, and a bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a full size bottom bunk and a Twin-size top bunk.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
