The open-concept great room invites you to relax in a spacious living area with a queen pull-out sofa, perfect for additional guests. Gather around the dining space or whip up culinary delights in the large, fully equipped kitchen. Revel in breathtaking canal views from both the interior and the back balcony, creating an idyllic setting for your Florida Keys getaway.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

This house is awesome! Very private master suite, and a second bedroom with dedicated bathroom along with a third bedroom and hallway bathroom. Big living room/kitchen, downstairs is great to hang out and the pool is great! The dock is awesome, can fit 40 plus boats on the t-head and another 35 at least on the seawall. Very protected. Will stay again, thank you!
