• Please note: Trailers, RVs, campers, and oversized vehicles are not allowed unless they fit fully within a standard parking space. Vehicles in violation may be subject to fines or towing.

Pet-Friendly for Small Dogs:

• Up to 2 well-behaved indoor dogs under 30 lbs (pre-approval required)
• $125 taxable pet fee applies
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Guests must clean up after their pets
• Local ordinances prohibit dogs on the beach

• Noise Awareness: Maravilla is a quiet, family-friendly community. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe all posted quiet hours.
• Rates Promotions: Rates, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Any special offers may be updated or canceled at Coastline Condos discretion.
• Pet Policy Reminder: We welcome small, pre-approved dogs under 30 lbs. A $125 taxable pet fee applies. Pets must be kept off furniture and beds, and local laws prohibit dogs on the beach.
