What is required to make a reservation?

When you find the house of your choice you can either book the property on-line or speak to one of our Reservationists at 1-800-592-5568. When making your reservation all we require is a 1-Night Rental deposit that is a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance is processed 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point.

Helpful Instructions on How to Choose Your Vacation Home

How do I reserve my vacation home on line?

With our secure online reservation system reserving your exact vacation home is completed in 3 easy steps! The first step is to find your vacation home through our Check Availability calendar. You can use our Compare Vacation Homes feature to help narrow your search. In addition, we have included slide shows, floor plans, detailed vacation home information and virtual tours!

Once you have found the dream vacation home, selected the dates of your arrival and departure click Reserve Vacation Home. At this point you will be able to coordinate your car rental, mid-stay clean or an early check in / late check out and reserve online this exact vacation home.

After you have processed your reservation you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation and detailed information on guest services, local area attractions and directions.

Do you offer group rates and planning?

Yes we do! We have many rental communities with vacation homes side by side that can sleep up to 16 guests including Acadia Estates and Windsor Palms. These communities were designed to accommodate large groups for family reunions, weddings or corporate retreats. Please indicate the type of group and how many people you will need to accommodate when calling.

When is check-in & check-out time?

Your home will be available for Check-in at 4:00 p.m. An early check-in can be coordinated for an additional fee. If the property has a check-out the day of your arrival we will not be able to coordinate an early check-in.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room, so please help us prepare for our next guest by being on time.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are from 8:30 am to 12:00 a.m. Monday thru Sunday (we do close for lunch mid-afternoon on Sunday). If you arrive after hours, you are also able to check in from our lock box in the front of the office. When you receive your confirmation information there will key instructions included for the lock box. If you check out after hours there is a key return there as well.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?

Yes, at an additional charge of 7% of your total.

Your Travel Insurance charge will be processed when you reserve your vacation home. If you do not include Travel Insurance when you reserve your home you will have up to 30 days before your arrival to purchase Travel Insurance.

What is the $85.00 Property Protection & Processing Fee?

There will be a $85.00 Property Protection and Processing fee. The Property Protection Fee ($60) is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1500 for accidental or inadvertent damage. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. The processing fee of ($25) will cover our administrative costs.

What is your Change/Cancellation Policy?

If you change your reservation there is a $20.00 fee for any change. No changes can be made within 30 days of your arrival.

The 1-Night Rental deposit is Non-refundable. A cancellation within 30 days of your arrival will result in a loss of all monies. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

What will we be responsible for when we check out?

We just ask that you lock up, set the thermostat to 78 degrees and bring the keys back to the office.

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from ALL STAR?

All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email, unless email is unavailable. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain allstarvacationhomes.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation. Expect a second email with final confirmation and arrival instructions after your final payment has been applied to the reservation, thirty days from arrival.
