Check Out Instructions

Please call 1-800-731-0339 if you have any questions concerning these instructions.
(Please leave a message if checking out before 8 A.M.)

  • Check for personal items left in drawers/pool area/closets/garage, etc.

  • Please turn off lights and move air conditioning setting to 78 degrees.

  • Check out time is 11 A.M. Vacation homes require more time to clean than hotel rooms, so please help us prepare for our next guests by being on time.

  • Don’t forget to lock all windows and doors on your way out.

  • If you have checked out any movies or video games, do not leave them in the home. Please return them to the ALL STAR office. If you are checking out before 8 A.M., please return them via the drop slot on our front door.

  • If you need to print return flight boarding passes, ALL STAR provides complimentary Internet and printer access at our welcome center - available 8 A.M.-9 P.M.
