Position Summary:

    • Real estate website monitoring and maintenance via ASVH marketing department
    • Seller newsletter monthly maintenance
    • Department distribution of listing status reports
    • Active/pending/sold binder maintenance
    • Business Development department coordination
    • Community information monitoring (HOA fees, membership dues, etc.)
  • Brand Standards Administrator
    • Coordinate production of all branded materials
    • Manual creation and monitoring
    • ASVH Brand Standards online catalog development
    • Product research and sample processing
    • Vendor contacts development
    • VIP event scheduling and procedures development
    • Maintain inventory, order history and distribution lists of branded materials
    • Serve as internal contact to receive requests from all destinations for branded materials and maintain request list and production schedules

Qualifications & Experience:

To be considered for this position all candidates must have the following:
  • 5+ years experience in administrative and support roles
  • Real estate coordination preferred
  • Real estate license a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Quick to learn new technologies and web-based programs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Role and Responsibility:
  • This position is responsible for growing ASVH through meeting and exceeding property acquisition goals:
    • Generate new rental agreements into the property portfolio
    • Conduct face-to-face, phone, and/or web presentations with prospective property owners
    • Negotiate terms within the rental agreement with new property owners
  • Build partnerships to promote the ASVH brand through marketing and new business development, - creating an external network to draw upon. Work internally with business partners to promote the ASVH mission:
    • Assist in developing a Realtor referral program geared toward generating prospects through realtor community
    • Network with builder community to help generate new business
    • Network with local community to generate new business
    • Partner with in-house Owner Relations team and support staff to transition the property into the portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities, prioritize pursuits, and coordinate support and resources
  • Follow up on all management and sales leads in a timely manner
  • Deliver client marketing materials and contracts through collaboration with our Marketing and Product Development teams.
  • Accurately track and report on prospects in CRM
  • Help to craft product development strategies and tactics in response to market conditions
  • Assist in formulating a Business Development Plan
  • Report on progress towards the plan to CBDO
  • Continually identifying mutually beneficial solutions to all stakeholders when engaging prospects and existing owner-partners
  • Cultivate business relationships through research, prospecting, networking, industry events, community involvement, and product presentations
Qualifications & Experience:

Property Care Tech
Position Summary:

Perform light maintenance and repair of vacation homes and condos to keep all homes up to the All Star condition standard. As calls are received from guests and team members identifying areas in need of repair the Property Care Tech will be dispatched to the home to complete the necessary repair in a timely manner. Proactively inspect homes after guest departure and make necessary repairs prior to the next guest check in.

Role and Responsibility:
  • Check home/condo at guest checkout and complete property care checklist.
  • Touch up paint in homes and condos as needed.
  • Replace A/C filters monthly.
  • Assemble and install home electronics.
  • Assist with home condition maintenance.
  • Perform scheduled inventories of homes/condos.
  • Respond to dispatches for home repairs in a timely manner.
  • Assist with minor landscaping maintenance.
  • Complete all work orders and billing in the company property management system.
