Vacation Home Property Management Company seeking full time Guest Services Director with dynamic personality to lead Guest Services Team to high quality customer service level. Must be excellent communicator to all personalities clearly and accurately. Must also be able to identify and resolve guest concerns, exceeding guest expectations with a smile! This leader will conduct Team meetings and maintain minutes of meetings. Coordinate all activities of busy check in desk and agents. Must have five years face to face customer service experience, three years of management experience, one year of sales experience, knowledge of Central Florida attraction area, internet and computer skills, good driving record, stable work history.Strong communication skills. Must be enthusiastic, have the ability to adapt quickly to challenges and changing environments, be able to coordinate multiple projects .Must be able to work evenings, Saturday and Sunday. Mobile Concierge Newly created position! Vacation Home Management Company seeking outgoing, hospitality-focused, friendly, self starting personality to welcome guests to their chosen property. Will work hand-in-hand as member of the Guest Service Team and proactively meet the needs of guests. Must be flexible in response to the needs of Guests and Home owners to include driving directions, park and attraction information, boarding passes etc. Must be able to inform Guest how to operate all home equipment including electronics. Be able to take and make phone calls including booking reservations. Must know how to research answers to questions asked. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Time schedule will be 11am-8pm. Ideal candidate will be a team player, have an energetic personality, professional appearance and enjoy being around people. Good driving record for last five years. Ability to work in hot/cold, wet weather. Ability to lift fifty pounds and get into and out of unusual positions such as crawling in and out of van safely. One year face to face customer service experience, one year of sales experience, knowledge of Central Florida attraction area. Acceptable internet and computer skills. Stable work history.
