Reservations Team

Reservation Sales Agent
Position Summary:

The Reservation Sales Agent’s primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing selling techniques effectively. The ideal candidate would be courteous, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Role and Responsibility:
  • Assist guests by selling future reservations
  • Promptly follow up with guest inquiry leads for second chance bookings
  • Answer telephone calls and emails in a clear and professional manner
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their existing reservations
  • Provide concierge services with general knowledge of the area including restaurants and entertainment

Qualifications

Education / Experience
A minimum of two years related experience and/or training in reservation or hospitality industry. Candidates with a strong sales background in non-hospitality related field will be considered.

Communication Skills
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and possess excellent telephone etiquette. Ability to answer client’s questions and successfully resolve issues and/or negotiate matters related to client’s account. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and/or staff. Must maintain clear and concise documentation and positive approach to conflict resolution.

Computer and Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages. Knowledge of MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, etc). Ability to type quickly and correctly using an Online Chat Feature is important.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Role and Responsibility:
  • This position is responsible for growing ASVH through meeting and exceeding property acquisition goals:
    • Generate new rental agreements into the property portfolio
    • Conduct face-to-face, phone, and/or web presentations with prospective property owners
    • Negotiate terms within the rental agreement with new property owners
  • Build partnerships to promote the ASVH brand through marketing and new business development, - creating an external network to draw upon. Work internally with business partners to promote the ASVH mission:
    • Assist in developing a Realtor referral program geared toward generating prospects through realtor community
    • Network with builder community to help generate new business
    • Network with local community to generate new business
    • Partner with in-house Owner Relations team and support staff to transition the property into the portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities, prioritize pursuits, and coordinate support and resources
  • Follow up on all management and sales leads in a timely manner
  • Deliver client marketing materials and contracts through collaboration with our Marketing and Product Development teams.
  • Accurately track and report on prospects in CRM
  • Help to craft product development strategies and tactics in response to market conditions
  • Assist in formulating a Business Development Plan
  • Report on progress towards the plan to CBDO
  • Continually identifying mutually beneficial solutions to all stakeholders when engaging prospects and existing owner-partners

Qualifications & Experience:

  • As a member of the Guest Service Team, will manage all front desk responsibilities to include, assisting with guest reservations, dispatching maintenance and housekeeping calls and proactively meet the needs of guests.
  • Must be flexible in response to the needs of guests and homeowners to include driving directions, park and attraction information, boarding passes, etc.
  • Must be able to inform guest how to operate all home equipment including electronics. Be able to take and make phone calls including booking reservations.
  • Must know how to research answers to questions asked.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Shift rotation is 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., 11:00-8:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m.-midnight.

Purpose Built Vacation Homes (PBVH) is currently seeking a very detailed Architectural Designer/ Architectural Draftsman specializing in residential architectural designs and residential floor plan drafting for an exclusive line of luxury residential vacation homes.

Role and Responsibility:
  • Architectural designs-Create residential architectural designs and details by hand and in AutoCAD.
  • Floor plan designs-Create residential floor plan designs and layouts by hand and in AutoCAD.
  • Floor plan layouts-Plan interior room arrangements for residential vacation homes in AutoCAD.
  • AutoCAD-Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
