Graphic Design & Creative Assets Manager
|
ALL STAR Vacation Homes is currently accepting applications for a Graphic Design professional that will create and manage all design and branded creative content assets. This position is based in ALL STAR’s corporate headquarters in Celebration, FL. ALL STAR Vacation Homes is the leading vacation home property management and marketing company in Central Florida, representing more than 250 vacation rental homes and condos.
The Graphic Design and Creative Assets Manager will assist ALL STAR’s Marketing team in creating and maintaining brand standards through printed and digital design collateral and other creative assets, such as maps, photography and video.

Job Responsibilities will include:
- Produce & manage creative assets:
- Graphic Design for printed, digital and promotional collateral
- Website graphic design and images
- Photography & Video shooting, editing and formatting
- Logos, Maps, floor plans, powerpoints and other templates
- Manage communication with appropriate vendors regarding proper file formatting and transfer
- Maintain brand integrity by implementing and managing brand standards
- Contribute to a team environment with full participation in creating new ideas, strategies and concepts
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years graphic design experience
- Previous experience with photography & video equipment and editing softwares
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy and enthusiasm for working in a team environment
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and other design and editing softwares
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic HTML knowledge a plus

Marketing & Product Development Paid Internship

ALL STAR Vacation Homes is seeking a high energy, customer-focused individual with communication and marketing skills for a summer 2012 or fall 2012 internship. The primary duties of the Marketing & Product Development Intern include providing support across several business functions to further promote the more than 250 vacation homes and condos offered for rent by the Company in the Disney World area. ALL STAR Vacation Homes is one of the most progressive local companies in the hospitality industry, utilizing traditional and new media marketing efforts to attract customers and successful practices in delivering a positive guest experience.

Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing & Product Development Teams:
- Coordinate brochure requests and target niche mailings
- Coordinate materials for sales kits
- Acknowledge requests for information regarding property management and community relations
- Schedule and disseminate meeting reminders for webinars
- Database management
- Website & Search Engine Marketing
- Participate in marketing meetings and strategic planning
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
