Production Coordinator	Position Summary: The Production Coordinator is responsible for project flow for all branded material requests, will provide photography and graphic design assistance, and will serve as a member of All Star�s Marketing Team, which serves All Star Vacation Homes and sister companies. Role and Responsibility: Coordinate all requests, project flow, communication and production process for printed materials, promotional items, signage, and other branded materials For each project, the Production Coordinator will identify possible vendors, request and organize quotes, secure stock and sample materials, verify project specs and manage art file transfers, schedule installation, shipping, delivery and distribution of materials Maintain inventory, order history and distribution list of branded materials Coordinate all internal requests for photography and provide basic photography assistance Provide graphic design support and assistance	Qualifications & Experience: Exceptional organizational abilities and proven ability to multi-task Strong time and project management skills Effectively communicate in written and verbal form Service-orientated Able to react to quickly changing priorities Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain brand standards Previous experience with sourcing, printing, creative services, project management and basic graphic design preferred 1-3 years experience in production or creative services preferred Solid computer knowledge (Microsoft Office for Mac) required; experience using Adobe Creative Suite (CS5) requested 2 or 4 year degree preferred	Full Time
