Business Development/Sales - Kissimmee, FL and travel to Brazil
Position Summary:

This position promotes the growth of All Star Vacation Homes (ASVH) and Fullhouse inventory and is responsible for generating new additions to the property portfolio. It is tasked with continuing to elevate the brand through acquiring rental agreements to luxury vacation homes that meet All Star's profile, standards and requirements within the Kissimmee market. Travel to Brazil several times per year is required.

The person filling this position must be fluent in Portuguese and English and be able to travel back and forth to Brazil to generate new business. The candidate should be able to thrive within a commissioned sales environment and the ability to network with high net worth individuals. Success requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to solve problems on the fly, and the vision to see opportunities that might be good for the growth of the company. New accounts are won on the strength of strategic thinking, strong quantitative analysis, a creative approach to problem solving, and convincing verbal and written communications.

The ideal candidate will be self-confident with a strong work ethic, and the ability to remain positive in spite of obstacles and in the face of adversity. This individual will be a quick study, capable of translating product, industry, and market differentiators into selling points, while taking initiative and thinking outside the box. Candidate must be trustworthy and possess the highest ethical standards, with a competitive nature and the desire for unlimited earning potential.

Role and Responsibility:
  • This position is responsible for growing ASVH and Fullhouse through meeting and exceeding property acquisition goals:
    • Generate new rental agreements into the property portfolio
    • Selling our custom million dollar plus homes to be placed into our exclusive rental program
    • Conduct face-to-face, phone and/or web presentations with prospective property owners
    • Negotiate terms within the rental agreement with new property owners
  • Build partnerships to promote the ASVH and Fullhouse brand through marketing and new business development, - creating an external network to draw upon. Work internally with business partners to promote our mission:
    • Assist in developing a real estate agent referral program geared toward generating prospects through real estate community
    • Network with builder community to help generate new business
    • Network with local and Brazilian community to generate new business
    • Partner with in-house Owner Relations Team and support staff to transition the property into the portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities, prioritize pursuits and coordinate support and resources
  • Follow up on all management and sales leads in a timely manner
  • Deliver client marketing materials and contracts through collaboration with our Marketing and Product Development Teams
  • Accurately track and report on prospects in CRM
  • Help to craft product development strategies and tactics in response to market conditions
  • Assist in formulating a business development plan
  • Report on progress towards the plan to CBDO
  • Continually identifying mutually beneficial solutions to all stakeholders when engaging prospects and existing owner-partners
  • Cultivate business relationships through research, prospecting, networking, industry events, community involvement and product presentations
Qualifications & Experience:

To be considered for this position all candidates must have the following:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Able to travel back and forth from Brazil and Florida
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and quotas
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, sales-oriented professional
  • Strong sales or management background with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with prospects as well as clients, establishing trust and potential for influence
  • Acute sense of urgency, with strong time management skills- regularly beating deadlines with accurate work
  • Strong follow-up skills and tracking prospects
  • A strong desire to work on commissions for unlimited earning potential
  • Strong listening, oral and written communication
  • Ability to make presentations to potential clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, additional computer skills a plus

All Star Vacation Homes is seeking full-time and part-time Cleaners and Deep Cleaners for our quality control and housekeeping team. Our homes are high end and luxury. Must be able to work weekends.

Requirements

  • For all parts of this job, candidate must be able to: climb stairs, bend over from the waist, stoop and/or get down on knees, work outside moving from home to home in rain and hot/cold weather

  • Will need to reach overhead, bend and twist.
  • Must pass criminal background check and have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must have reliable personal transportation
